Milieudefensie vs. Shell
Milieudefensie visited Shell's annual stockholders meeting on the 17th of May 2011. Next to our spokesperson Geert Ritsema also Eric Dooh, farmer from Nigeria, spoke to the Shell executives. He asked them to clean up the oil pollution in his country.
Thursday the 19th of May brings a new step in our lawsuit against Shell, a hearing in which our lawyer demands to see into some thirty internal Shell documents which might reveal more on the mayor pollution that Shell causes in Nigeria.
